You need to contact to Administrator and he needs to follow following steps to
Find the cause and get it resolved:-
1. Check if he is logging in as Domain Name\Username. He is using correct
Password or not.
2. If #1 is OK then check if user exists in smartBrokerSuite Members group. You
can do this from "Site Actions=>Site Settings=> People and Groups". If user does
not exist then please add him.
3. If #1 and #2 are OK then ask your IT to confirm if user is active and his
password is not expired in AD.
4. If everything above is OK then ask your IT to reset his password and ask user
to login again with new password set by IT.
