These schedulers are used to send the different notifications within the Team. There is configuration settings where we can define configuration to activate the different notifications.

CRM Notifications



Take the executable file named ‘CRMNotifications’ from specific client folder placed at internal server and place at below location at client server i.e. As these notifications required some modification as per client.

This executable file includes below auto notifications that client may require. These all notifications are work based on configuration settings that needs to be defined in ‘Configuration’ master.


The notifications are as below:

e) Brokerage Analysis


f) Brokerage Analysis for Account Managers


g) No Touch Mandate Alert


Service Activity Summary: The process will work based on Configuration Settings, we can define the schedule as daily/weekly/monthly or also define all of them. And also, define the users or user groups in same configuration.Configuration Parameter Code: 26



Service Activity Details: This function will send the service detailing to Account Manager for their clients only.


No Touch Service: This will send the notification based on Configuration Settings to users as per their role about No Touch with Clients who are mandated with users. Configuration Parameter Code: 30, To Exclude any User: 29



Mandate Alert: This also send the notification based on configuration settings for daily/weekly/monthly mandate contacts alerts to users.Configuration Parameter Code: 50 


Brokerage Analysis: Send the daily/weekly/monthly notification based to the Management or to specific users.Configuration Parameter Code: 11


Brokerage Analysis for Account Managers: This process will execute daily basis and send the notification to account managers for net revenue generated on their accounts in a day




No Touch Mandate Alert: This also send the notification based on configuration settings for daily/weekly/monthly in case no service done for the client as defined by the management.Configuration Parameter Code: 31
